Moet Hennessy, LMVH's wines and spirits group, has purchased the Montaudon champagne house.The Reims, France, company was founded in 1891. The family business recently invested in a new production site at Croix-Blandin.
Montaudon joins LVMH's portfolio of champagne brands that include Dom Perignon, Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Krug, Ruinart and Mercier.
